RhubaToon Pie


Frozen and unbaked.  This pie is a blend of own rhubarb and Saskatoon Berries. Our pastry is thin and we add just enough sugar to make it sweet enough.  (not too much!)  Baking instructions:  Bake at 450 for 20 minutes and then at 350 for 50 minutes.  (want a nice golden crust – try brushing a small amount of whipping cream on the top and sprinkle a little a sugar.)  Enjoy!
